DEPLOYMENT ENGINEER

You are the person who makes automations real. You work directly with clients to deploy, configure and operate Forteresse workflows in production environments. You are comfortable at the intersection of infrastructure, process design and client operations. You understand that the last 20% — getting something to run reliably in a real environment — is where the real work is.

What you bring:

Strong engineering fundamentals, experience with cloud infrastructure and APIs, an ability to understand business processes quickly, and a bias for making things work rather than explaining why they don't.

 AI NATIVE DEVELOPER

You build and improve the Forteresse platform. New features, performance improvements, ongoing refinements — you own the full cycle. You code fast, you use AI as a natural part of how you work, and you care about shipping things that hold up in production. A part of your work touches AI directly — model integration, prompt tuning, output quality — but your primary focus is the product itself.

What you bring:

Strong full-stack or backend skills, a hands-on relationship with AI development tools, a bias for shipping, and the ability to iterate quickly without breaking what already works.
